Physical Description: The woman before you stands 5’3” and weighs 104 lbs. Her short black hair falls a little past her eyes though two long strands fall to her chest. Her skin is light in tone, a slight tan but not much. Her build has a little tone to it, though otherwise is normal for her weight. On her back is a mark that seems to be branded there leaving a reddish scar. The make is the shape of a Y but the two lines that come up are in a U form and in between them are two dots. Note that this can only be seen if her clothing is off. Her irises are now tinted red. Her teeth feature two fangs when they are shown. Attire Description: She wears a black and purple dress. The dress has no sleeves and the under layer is purple. The upper layer that makes up the skirt up to the point of her chest is purple. The lining of the dress is white and the skirt is rather short, stopping a little past her bottom and has folds in it. On her hips is a white decorative piece that circles around the back but leaves a gap in the front. On her arms she wears long gloves that come up to her armpits almost and go off into points at the shoulders. There is a design on the back of the hand of the glove and it only covers her middle finger, leaving the rest exposed. Her boots come all the way up to her mid thigh and are black as well though they have a white lining at the bottom around the top of the toes. On her chest is a symbol that matches the one on her back, except this one is embroidered onto her clothing. Weaponry: Bladed Quater Staff, aka Halberd. Various types of magically enchanted "bombs". Repeating Crossbow Daggers Background: Mayu was born on October 21st in a village deep in the thick forests of Oerth, though the exact location is unknown. As a child she was always active as any child would be, careless and happy. She lived happily in her village until the day she turned 17. On that day, every aspect of her old life changed. She was attacked, ravaged and left for dead... Though her assailant gave her the Dark Gift. After a day of unconsciousness, she awoke to a searing pain.. It was day. Unsure of what was happening, she scrambled under the jagged rocks of a nearby cliff and down into a natural cave. Dazed and confused, she remained there until nightfall. Her first reaction was to go home.... Though, upon arrival, seeing those she new seemed odd... And as she was embraced by her parents it became apperant to her and them both... She wasn't the Mayu that left the village earlier that day. Her mother pulled back and looked into her now red irises and covered her mouth, "What has happened to you?" Mayu watched her mortal mother, and with a simple response said, "I'm not sure... But, I know I don't belong here anymore." Mayu turned around and without another word she left behind the village she had grown up in. A new goal set in her mind, to find the one that made her this way. She spent months wandering the land, feeding on animals and mortals she crossed on her paths. She eventually found her assailant, though did not stay with him long as things seemed to be not what she wanted them to be. She departed from him and laid low for quite sometime. Now she has risen back from her hiding place. And with her vulgar mindset and new found alliances, she plans to make her name known well.
